1、 The positioning of upper die cutting plate or lower die cutting plate is not accurate. At this time, the positioning block should be replaced. The wear of the side positioning plate is an important factor for the inaccurate side positioning. Because the displacement of positioning is not enough to make up for the wear, the accuracy of side positioning will be poor. At this time, replace the side positioning plate.
2、 The positioning distance of the front and rear positioning pendulum is too small. Because the length of the chain itself has a certain error, if the positioning distance is too small, the chain error can not be eliminated in the front and back positioning, thus affecting the die cutting accuracy. At this time, the adjusting screw of the front positioning swing frame or the cam position of the rear positioning swing frame should be adjusted so that the front and rear positioning swing frames can move the tooth row for a distance of 2mm ~ 3mm.
3、 The pressure of paper teeth is too small or uneven. If the elasticity of the movable teeth of the paper teeth becomes smaller due to long-term use, the paper will slip or fall off in the process of transmission, which directly affects the precision of die-cutting; the uneven pressure between the paper teeth may cause the paper skew in the process of die-cutting. The movable teeth should be replaced at this time. In addition, the fixed teeth in the horizontal height should also be consistent, otherwise it is also possible to produce paper collision or paper wrinkling in the paper, affecting the die-cutting accuracy.
4、 In the process of paperboard transmission, the wear and elongation of the main drive chain will directly affect the positioning accuracy before die cutting. Replace the chain at this time. Intermittent mechanism wear, resulting in tooth row in the process of stop or start jitter, will also affect the precision of die cutting. In this case, it only affects the positioning accuracy. At this time, maintenance should be carried out in time.
